Context

AXA protects what matters so people can focus on what they love most. We started with a simple question: what if AXA could help people imagine and articulate their biggest life goals, not just protect them? Visualization is often the first step toward achievement, and we wanted to make that step accessible to anyone.

Idea

Introducing AXA Bucket List Projecting, the first text-to-dream generator. Users describe a dream they want to pursue, and the system generates a visual version of it in real time. Along the journey, a small glitch appears in the image. It represents the one thing that can disrupt any dream: critical illness. The glitch becomes a reminder of why protection matters. To keep the experience aligned with AXA’s personality, we trained an AI model to understand and mimic the brand’s tone and visual guidelines. This ensured the generated imagery stayed consistent and on-brand. Over 10,000 images were created to train the LLM.
